This vacuum broke three times, and I would not recommend buying it for any business use. It is listed as a residential / non-commercial product, and the warranty can be voided if used in a commercial setting. For a cafe, bakery, or any small business, this is not a good choice.
WebstaurantStore did help once as a courtesy, but the unit failed again. In my opinion, it is not durable enough and not worth the money if you need something reliable for daily use.
