GI Metal AC-SP3/150 Details
Efficiently and effectively clean your pizza oven with this GI Metal AC-SP3 59" brass bristle brush. This brush is designed to thoroughly remove food residues, flour, and ash with durable brass bristles that offer an invasive approach to cleaning. Plus, an optional stainless steel scraper can be attached to the back of the brush to ensure easy removal of burnt on debris. The back of the head is made of sturdy wood to ensure that this brush will provide long-lasting use in your commercial establishment. This brush is best designed for use in the lower cooking chamber of an electric oven because the detachable scraper helps to avoid damaging the electric resistances on the inner roof.
This brush features an ample 59" handle length, great for safely reaching the entire depth of your pizza oven. An anodized aluminum handle combines durability with a lightweight design, making this brush comfortable during extended use. The handle also features a loop at the end for easy hanging and storage. This brush set comes ready-to-use right out of the box. If a replacement is needed for your brush head, the R-SP3 brush head can be used as a direct replacement. You're looking at your go-to brass bristle brush for all of those hard-to-reach areas inside your electric oven.
Brass bristles are softer than stainless steel or carbon steel bristles and can prevent equipment damage, yet still provide a high degree of abrasion to clean heavily-soiled surfaces. They are also rust-resistant, providing you with added durability and a long life.
Nice brush in theory, but I would expect a Brush & Handle to last longer than 8-months, before breaking due to a bad design when a thin piece of aluminum holds the brush to the handle. Customer Service contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and said there is nothing they can do, as the product has no warranty and it's been 8-months. Gotta love companies that stand behind their product and want to retain customers vs. lose them. I will not be buying their products again.
