Since water expands when frozen, the ice core should not be filled with water and then frozen. Instead, fill the core with crushed or cubed ice.
What's the best way to clean my acrylic product?
Always make sure to wash this before first use. To clean and maintain your acrylic item, you'll need two non-abrasive cloths, a non-abrasive cleaner, and water. For light dust and debris, simply dampen the first cloth and wipe off the item's surface. For dirtier items, apply the cleaner to the surface and wipe until the dirt is removed. Use the second clean cloth to buff away any streaks.
THEY LOOK REALLY NICE; HOWEVER, THEY ARE VERY EASY TO BREAK, THE ICE CHAMBER COME BROKE ON BOTH CONTAINERS..

The product felt sturdy when it first came. However, after a number times of use, the seam just split. AGAIN, it is not made as one piece from a mold, instead 4 pieces attached. It was not dropped or any force on it to create the split, literally just happened as were were adding iced water in.
The wood base got moldy and was not made water resistant. It could probably be used for some time but we did not want to risk customers' health or notice the issue on a bad day.
We called customer service and were well taken care of. But still, I would not recommend paying over $ for a dispenser with these issues.
