Used T&S products before at other restaurants and have loved their products and so choosing them to use in our coffee shop was a no brainer. Showed up in perfect condition and well packaged.

Very nice and powerful faucet and sprayer, my teen son assembled and installed it. We had to do some adjustments (about 4 times) until we got it all running leak free. Make sure you buy the hose kit for the back, we didn't when I first ordered the sink and faucet, so I had to wait until I ordered it. It really was a breeze to install considering it was just my teen son and I installing it. The only thing in hind site I could say I would do different is... maybe pick one that the faucet wouldn't stick quite so far out. But over all I am very happy.

This has been a solid faucet for the most part. We've had it for around 5 years now and we've had to do a decent bit of maintenance, which is to be expected, but I have a few notes that are worthwhile on the maintenance side of things. 1.) We've had to replace the cartridges twice so far. At a decent price they're both more expensive than other similar cartridges by a factor of 3, but also, we've essentially now purchase a whole new faucet simply by purchasing 2 rounds of cartridges for it. We also had to replace the spray head, which wasn't too cost prohibitive. It feels a bit frustrating to essentially purchase multiple units over the course of its lifespan. 5 years is a decent amount of time in a commercial setting, so I'm not upset at having to do maintenance, but having it be affordable would be great.

Purchased for our kitchen/cafe remodel to go with our 3 compartment sink. I love having a sprayer. Our contractor did the installation so I can't speak to ease of install but we have had no problems with leaks. It has a good amount of spray force and is holding up great after 6 months of daily use.

Sturdy and will last. A nice and powerful spray. I accidentally bought the deck mounted sprayer, so just check and make sure you get the right one!

I had purchased the Regency 1.42 gpm pre-rinse sprayer when I first opened my shop. It corroded and leaked after a few years so when I relocated my business I decided to treat myself and upgrade my faucet and sprayer. The quality of this faucet/sprayer seems very nice but the spray is very strong and splatters water everywhere even when I turn the water flow down low. I called the manufacturer to see if there was a softer spray head available but there is none available. Another reviewer had mentioned this issue but since I had only seen it mentioned in one review I didn’t consider it seriously- I should have since now I’m stuck with it for years to come.

After reading reviews for the sink just below this one, I decided to spend a little more for a quality product. The plumber put it together quickly and it looks great. I just with the nozzle head had more power, not entirely satisfied with it, but it will work.

We've really enjoyed using this sprayer in our dish washing process. You can control the power of the sprayer to degreasetough messes or wash delicate glasses.

This model is "economy model", we also purchased a 24# Double Joint Swing Nozzle to increase length of nozzle reach. T&S brand, so should be compatible - they are NOT. Do not purchase this model of faucet if you are hoping to extend the reach of your nozzle.

This is an excellent unit of high quality. Make sure to order the small 90 degree connector for the back of the sink. I had to create one with copper fits.

The metal is very resistant and well-made. It can withstand high heat that would melt other materials. It is highly recommended for its durability and resilience.

The fauce is very powerful, we use it all the time and we dont have a dishwasher so you know we use it a lot, after almost 2 years the rubber part of the hose has to get replaced but overall great product

Not the quality I expect from T&S. I was unaware but this must be one of there budget units.

The faucet started leaking/dripping about six months after installation. It already appears to need o-rings replaced. And the hook to hang the nozzle on, keeps moving on us. Otherwise, the product has held up.

This was a great investment! A total dream to use and very sturdy construction. I had not used one of these before so was at a loss for what options to consider but having both the sprayer and filler combined was the right way to go.

We installed this unit on our dishwashing table. It's the perfect height. Very high quality faucet that has been holding up very well after heavy usage.

One of the best purchases I've ever made. Tons of pressure, don't be fooled by the "low pressure" descriptor. If it were any more powerful it'd be dangerous. Installed it myself on the three basin sink, and I'm no plumber. Love this showerhead faucet. It makes cleaning the sink easy, makes spraying out pitchers and blenders and coffee airpots easy. The pressurized spray makes cleaning ANYTHING easy. Buy this.

A GREAT FAUCET. BUT WHAT I HAVE TO REALLY SAY IS I LOVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT THIS PLACE HAS. 24HR CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU DON'T GET THAT ANYWHERE. PLUS THERE SHIPPING WAS THE BEST I HAD EVER SEEN. THE BEST.
