The product is sturdy, made with good food safe steel, and is not as bulky as I thought that it was going to be; based on the pictures from the Webstaurant Store website. I just received the order a few days ago, and despite having to have had waited for a while for the cold brew coffee dispenser to be delivered due to the ongoing pandemic that we have taking place today, it was definitely worth the wait for it.
