meh... as noted in some other reviews they do tear the napkins. the fill level does not seem to have much much impact on the tearing. being an ice cream shop we have lots of folks try to dispense with one hand as the other is holding a cone or a kid, These are not super friendly for that one handed dispensing. price is super great...but we will be replacing them with something else

We have used these for a couple in our restaurant. They work well, however, they also tend to rip the napkins. Especially, if you fill them too full.

These seem like a great deal at first and actually are if you don't keep them on wooden tables. I kept on finding weird black marks on our new butcher block tables and finally figured out these were the culprit. ??

This tall fold dispenser gets the job done... not as well as Id like it to. The napkins get hung and the dispenser tends to rip them

This is a outstanding product I bought so many different ones and they were terrible this one is amazing it never gets jammed and it make it easy for my customers to get there napkins

Hilariously bad! And I bought 18 of them! Kinda fun to watch the guests scratch at and tear at the napkins in the dispenser and the little black feet mark up my bar top epoxied old wood tables. But it is better than guests making you run around for napkins. But these are definitely your old school USA made diner napkin dispensers that we all took for granted.

These are cheaply made. The metal bends easily so the dispenser doesn’t sit evenly on the table

Quality can be better, but for the price, it satisfied my needs. The black rubber foot fell off on some of them, and they leave a black streak on the table.

Great value for the money. Holds the napkins in securely and pulls out one at a time, looks nice sitting on the tabletops.
Rubber feet fall off after 3-weeks of light use. The sheet metal is a bit flimsy, but with proper care, it seems to work well.

I give this product a five star rating it keeps me organized while serving it’s easy to dispense a few napkins while in a busy setting keeping them dust free
I just redesigned our dining room and decided to put these on every table. The price is fantastic and the napkins are even inexpensive for refills. With the stainless steel they offer a great look.
