Choice 9 1/4" x 7" Oval Pre-Seasoned Cast Iron Fajita Skillet with Handle

These are typically known and used as fajita pans but there are so many other uses for these cast iron pans. You can sear meat, potatoes and veggies on a stove top, then put them on this cast iron pan and finish cooking in the oven. Then serve on a hot pan placed on a wooden serving trivet. I love how the food stays hot until you finish eating it.

Got it yesterday, I've already used it 4 times. This is quality cast iron without the weight. I'm a small woman and my heirloom cast iron skillet is so heavy i rarely whip it out for daily use. THIS pan!! I use it for everything already, it has the perfect feel and weight. Can't believe the price. Has great presentation and makes shelter in place meals feel more fun and restaurant- like!

This fajita pan is awesome. It's lightweight but sturdy, making it easy to pile with food and top with cheese, then stick it under the broiler. Be sure to purchase the oval wood serving underliner to go with it!

Pretty shallow. But nice and heavy. They rusted incredibly quick compared to any other cast iron pan I’ve ever had! Did all the tricks and it still didn’t go away so I had to toss them

You can use these for preparing and serving foods. I like that they distribute heat evenly. They come pre-seasoned. The cut-out handle is a nice touch too

NICE AND GOOD QUALITY

I purchased these sizzle platters for our steakhouse. The size is good for about a 5-10oz steak with a small potato but it would not fit a really large steak. They are very heavy though and do well in the salamander. If you are looking for a sizzle platter to hold the whole meal this might not be big enough. I will probably order another size for the bigger steaks. They look great though and fit well into the wood chargers, very professional. They also work well for broiled fish.

Great quality skillets. Great look and presentation. Must buy the base that accompanies it for best presentation. The hot sizzling plate gets customers to order every time.

These cast iron skillets is perfect for one fajita. They are strong and hold just enough for one person. I would strongly recommend these for any Mexican Restaurant or other Restaurants that use this type of skillet.

This is a great fajita cast iron. It heats up perfectly and evenly. You can cook more than just a fajita. I definitely would recommend.
