This is a great spoon, especially if you need the extra length. It is a bit overkill in my food truck as I don't need the length and it takes up space that is already limited. However, the coated handle is comfortable and easy to grip.
Nice lightweight serving spoon, great length to reach. Does not stack as well as other spoons but has a nice handle that stays cool even when using it with hot foods
