We use this crepe maker daily in our French café and have been very happy with it. It heats up well and the large cast iron surface gives us plenty of room to make a nice, even crepe. Once the plate is properly seasoned, the crepes cook evenly and release easily. The temperature control is also simple to adjust, which is important for us since we use it throughout the day.
