Get rid of the cords, tangles, and inconvenient wires by choosing this Cardinal Detecto PZ60W 60 lb. stainless steel pizza scale with a wireless digital display! Since the scale base communicates wirelessly with the display and both components may be powered by batteries, you'll never have to worry about untangling snarls in your scale's cords again. The wireless feature comes pre-programmed to work on three channels so that you can choose the one that works best in your kitchen to avoid other wireless interference.
The digital display comes with a mounting bracket so you can place it in the optimum spot for easy viewing. It has a large 1" LCD display readout that can indicate products' weight in lb./oz. (decimal), lb./oz. (fraction), or kg. depending on the needs of your facility. It has a convenient hands-free Wave-a-Weigh tare feature that lets you conveniently adjust the tare at any time. Since you don't need to touch a tare button, it can also help reduce cross-contamination for greater food safety. The display also has a "hold" function that allows the scale to retain a product's weight even after it has been removed from the scale base.
To make cleanup easier on your staff, this pizza scale has a durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel platform. The scale may be operated on 10 AA batteries: 6 for the scale base and 4 for the display. You can also use the two 9V AC adapters that come with the scale.

This is a great product when it works. Love it. But just like so many other reviews on this product, it completely died on my 1.5 years into use. I sent it back to the manufacturer to get it serviced and they said the PCB board failed on it... after 1.5 years. They told me there is absolutely nothing they can do, and even though my display works fine, I would need to purchase an entire unit again. This is crazy, for how expensive this scale is I expect far more life and far better customer service. Avoid this scale.
