We originally bought this brown sugar jelly topping when Webstaurant was out of stock of tapioca pearls, hoping for a similar replacement for guests. While it doesn't replace the texture that people are looking for for tapioca pearls, it's pretty close in taste so guests were fine with substituting for the interim. It's really good in chai boba tea lattes and chocolate bubble teas as well as iced lattes. I would buy it again but more flavors have been more popular so we haven't brought it back yet.
