To use, ensure the cutter is on a smooth, dry surface to keep the board from sliding while you work. Then, lift the wire cutter and place the cheese or food item you are cutting on the white cutting board on the bottom of the cutter. Grab the handle on the wire cutter and slowly bring it down through the cheese and push down until you reach the bottom cutting board. Remove the slices from the top of the cutter and use as desired.

Complete JUNK. its a huge design flaw. strings won't stay on it, and will come up every time . Its not for Mozzarella for sure. Avoid this product. Webstaurant will give you a hard time to return it. Will never buy anything from this web site as well.

This product fell apart after 5 minutes of use On a scale of 1-5 it is literally garbage looks well built but pins are mount in plastic stainless screws which should be adjustable are seized and wires pop off their pins Stay away
