Ateco 699 24" x 24" Non-Stick Silicone Baking Work Mat with Measurements

My kitchen has a tile countertop which is very inconvenient for any baking as well as for after cleaning. I purchased three of these mats, and my problem was solved! They cover the space perfectly. The mat can be used for any baking or cooking work in the kitchen, (careful with sharp utensils, though). Cleaning is super easy. So far, I'm very happy with this product.

This is a great product. It is large. Makes it easier to work with fondant. You should try lightly misting the counter with water before place the mat to make the mat stick to the counter.

These are great as far as size. However BE CAREFUL WITH EXACTO KNIVES OR ANYTHING REMOTE TO THAT! These are not made to have sharp objects on to cut. It is a real bummer as these are the perfect material and size and very well made!

I am thrilled with my Ateco 699 silicone mat . It has more than enough work space and provides a stable , stayput platform for my work . I used it to make my pastry dough for apple turnovers and it was a joy. I cant wait to use it for my holiday cookies . Great product and webstaurant service was excellant as well as the prices being very reasonable.

I've bought three of these mats so far, and most likely, many more in the future as my business grows. I use this for many tasks in the bakery - rolling out cookie dough, fondant for covering cakes, gum paste details - and it's crucial for each and every one. It will cut easily so be sure to remember to keep all knives away (as I mistakenly learned). A great, all purpose product.

I use this mat whenever I do sugar work. It is truly versatile. Since it can withstand heat, you can use this to make brittle or isomalt figures. I use this the most when I make gumpaste figures or roll out and work with fondant. I also like that it is large. This way, it can protect any surface I am working with.

This mat do a great Job, I used all the time to roll my fondant, it stay on the table, fondant doesn't stick. I really recommend this product.

This mat is awesome! Before I got it, I had to use powdered sugar or shortning to keep the fondant from sticking, and that would cause texture changes and other issues. I haven't had anything stick to this mat. This is by far the best price I found, though I wouldn't hesitate to spend more on it. It's been a huge time and sanity saver. I have also used it for pie crust and pizza and cookie dough, and it works flawlessly for those as well.

It is a very great investment to own one! Even if you are into baking cakes or like working with candy and sugar, this mat is a must have! This one is a great size. Not too big or too small. I wasn’t sure how I’d like this but it works great! I like that I can even cut fondant on it as well and it cleans off easily. The only thing I don’t like which was what I figured would happen, is that it can slide around some when rolling out fondant. But not as much as I had guessed. Overall I really like it
