The cooker has a large diameter starch skimmer and drain, thermocouple safety valves, a large overflow safety valve, and a floor drain. It also features a manual water fill which prevents dry or burnt tanks. Baskets and optional casters are sold separately.
This high BTU pasta cooker is made from durable stainless steel, has rounded corners, and has rear backsplash construction. My business is at a high elevation; does this change anything when I order gas cooking equipment?
Many gas equipment manufacturers need to make adjustments to the equipment so it operates correctly at elevations over 2,000 feet. Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you’ll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation. Contact our Special Orders team prior to placing your order, and we will let you know what will work best for the equipment you are planning to purchase.
Worked great for a month then started to have problems lighting and staying lit. My restaurant had to run service without a pasta cooker and we sell primarily noodles... It's been a nightmare. I called the gas company several times to come look at it. They recommended that I should replace the thermocouple. I reached out to the Arcobaleno directly to get a new one since it's still under warranty. The person that I needed to speak with was always busy and NEVER returned my phone calls. I had to attempt several times to reach them. Finally they said they would send the part. It's been over 2 weeks and still haven't heard from them and still NO part.... I don't recommend this company at all.
