This is a very nice and stylish serving platter, appropriate for serving many different dishes. I use for serving sushi, charcuterie cuts, cheese samples, pickeled veggies, escabeche, fish and more. It's very versatile. I went for 15 1/2", though I thought it would be too big. As it turned out, it's just the size that I needed.
