I ordered a total of five boxes of these jars from WebstaurantStore. The first four boxes arrived in good condition. However, the fifth box, which was shipped and delivered separately via FedEx, arrived severely damaged. The shipping carton was badly crushed, and most of the jars inside were also crushed, deformed, and completely unusable. To make matters worse, the FedEx driver repeatedly rescheduled the delivery without making an actual delivery attempt. We eventually spotted the FedEx truck driving past our business location and had to drive after the driver to retrieve our package. When we finally received it, the box was in the terrible condition shown in the attached photos.
